"I'm Gone" will be the third single from American pop singer, Jordan Pruitt from her sophomore album, Permission To Fly and will be released to Radio Disney on October 21, 2008 and was produced by Adam Watts. It will be available on iTunes on November 4, 2008. Despite not yet having an official release, the song has already charted on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart, due to excessive airplay in Texas, Florida, and New York.

In September, 2008, Pruitt started to discuss a third single from her sophomore album, Permission To Fly, with her record label. When she suggested the song "In Love for a Day" her record label was dissapointed. They wanted "I'm Gone" to be the third single. On October 2, 2008, Jordan and her record label came to an agreement of making "I'm Gone" the lead single. It will be released on November 4, 2008.
