Mia Rose Frampton (born March 10, 1996) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Becca Keeler, the younger sister of Payson Keeler, in the ABC Family teen drama Make It or Break It.

Frampton was born in Nashville, Tennessee to English rock and roll musician, Peter Frampton, and Tina Elfers. She has one half sibling, through her mother, named Tiffany Wiest, and two half siblings, Jade and Jullian Frampton, from her father's previous marriage. She is the namesake of a ballad that her father wrote for her titled "Mia Rose".

Settling in Cincinnati Ohio in 2000, and although born into rock and roll, Mia has had a traditional upbringing. At the early age of 5 Mia took her first ballet lesson and it has been full speed ahead ever since. In the summers of 2005 through 2007, Mia attended a musical theatre program at University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, starred in Annie and attended Interlochen Center for the Arts Summer Camp. After attending a year at the prestigious Cincinnati School for the Creative and Performing Arts in 2008, Mia set her sights on Hollywood and never looked back.

Since arriving in Los Angeles, Mia made her theatre debut starring in Mike Pavone WWE Feature That's What I Am, landed a series recurring Guest Spot on the hit ABC Family show Make It Or Break It, a supporting role in a Judd Apatow film, Bridesmaids, a supporting role in the indie film G.B.F. last year, alongside Pretty Little Liars Sasha Pieterse, a supporting role in feature film Tammy - handpicked by McCarthy herself. Up next, Frampton can be seen starring in the TV film A Teacher's Obsession. At a prestigious East Coast prep school, popular and athletic Bridgette -played by Frampton- is manipulated into deeper and deeper levels of deception and dishonesty by Jane, a magnetic teacher who becomes obsessed with befriending her young student.

In addition to her roles on screen, Mia Rose is also a prolific songwriter, singer and plays acoustic and electric guitar.
