Eric "Bibo" Bergeron (born July 14, 1965) is a French animator and film director. His work includes The Road to El Dorado, Shark Tale[1] and A Monster in Paris.

Bergeron has served as animator on films like Asterix in Britain, Asterix and the Big Fight, Fievel Goes West, FernGully: The Last Rainforest, We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story, All Dogs Go to Heaven 2, A Goofy Movie and The Adventures of Pinocchio.

He also worked as storyboard artist on Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas, The Madagascar Penguins in a Christmas Caper and Flushed Away.

In 1993 Bergeron founded the animation studio "Bibo Films" in France.[2] He directed the 2011 film A Monster in Paris,[3] which he dedicated to his father. Bergeron is an alumnus of the Gobelins School of the Image.

In early 2020, Bergeron was charged in France with the rape of a colleague, which allegedly took place during the production of A Monster in Paris.[4]
