Mihály Flaskay (born May 18, 1982 in Debrecen) is a breaststroke swimmer from Hungary, who was a silver medallist in the 50m breast (27.51) at the 2002 European Swimming Championships. In the following year he captured bronze in the same event at the 2003 World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona, Spain.
Flaskay studied at the University of Southern California. As a 2003 freshman, he was a three-time All-American and reached the finals of the 100y breast in his first NCAA Championships meet. Flaskay finished third in the 100y breast in a USC record (53.23), and swam the breast legs on the Trojans' seventh-place 200y medley relay – which set a school record in 1:27.54 – and sixth-place 400y medley relay. He also raced on Troy's 15th-place 200y and 400y free relays. flaskay became only USC's second freshman since David Wharton in 1988 to win a Pac-10 title as a freshman, taking the 100y breast at the 2003 Pac-10s in 53.36.
