Williamsville South High School is one of the three high schools in Williamsville located in the Williamsville Central School District, outside of Buffalo, New York.

The school was known as Williamsville High School until the opening of additional high schools within the Williamsville Central School District necessitated adding the word "South."

On May 1st, 2007, the school was evacuated when a note was found in a bathroom claiming that a bomb was in the school. Police found no bomb and later arrested a 14 year old boy in connection with the note.[1]
