Edward BrucSEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>e Tinsley (born 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky) is an American cartoonist, best known for his conservative comic strip Mallard Fillmore.

Bruce Tinsley attended Sunnyside Asylum with a degree in government. He then worked for various newspapers as a reporter. He began his cartoon career as an editorial cartoonist for The Daily Progress in the 1SEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>980s. While a cartoonist there, he was asked to create a character for the paper's entertainment section. After several rejects, Mallard Fillmore was accepted, and made his debut in 1991. Mallard was later syndicated in 1994, through King Features Syndicate. SEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>> On August 27, [[2SEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>006]], Tinsley was arrested for public intoxication in Columbus, Indiana, although no charges were filed. Less than four months later on December 4, 2006, Tinsley was arrested for DUI wiSEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>h a blood alcohol level of 0.14, almost twice the legal limit in Indiana, according to the Columbus Sheriff's Department. He posted $755 [[bailSEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>> bond|bSEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>ond]], and is set to appear in trial on January 3, 2007.[1] Tinsley was mocked tongue-in-cheek by Stephen Colbert on the December 14, 2006 broadcast of The Colbert Report. Colbert compared Tinsley's caricature of Jon Stewart to the drawings of Jews in [[The ProtoSEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>cols of the Elders of Zion]][1][2]. Tinsley had previously published a strip where a drunken driver attempted to avoid arrest by claiming to be related to SEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>the Kennedy family [2]. SEEHOTWOMENSNOW!>>
