Michal Hipp (born March 13, 1963 in Nitra) is a former Slovak footballer, currently is a assistant coach of Slovakia national football team.

Hipp began with football in your native village Horná Kraľová. When he was twelve years old he started play in youth and then he progressed to first team when he was sixteen. In 1983 Hipp got offer to transfer to Duslo Šaľa by coach Jozef Adamec. There he started play as right midfielder. Then he leaved to Hurbanovo because of accession to army.

In October 1984 he came to Plastika Nitra. Hipp debuted at Czechoslovak First League in 1986-87 season in match against FC Bohemians Praha. "We became pike of League, now the first season we were well settled, began to dominate the attack on the head with Ľubomír Moravčík" said Hipp. In 1989-90 season FC Nitra qualify to UEFA Cup. They lost both matches against 1. FC Köln with score 5-1.
