Mike Golic (born December 12,1962 in Cleveland, Ohio), is an NFL analyst for ESPN.

Before working for ESPN, Mike was a defensive tackle in the NFL and was drafted by the Houston Oilers in 1985 in the tenth round, 255th overall. (His co-host, Mike Greenberg, was taken 2 picks later by the Cleveland Browns.) He continued his career with the Miami Dolphins, and the Philadelphia Eagles, accumulating 11.5 career sacks. His career spanned nine seasons.

Golic is a 1985 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, having majored in finance and management. According to Mike Greenberg, his co-host on ESPN Radio's Mike and Mike in the Morning, he has not written a paper check in 20 years.

He co-hosts Mike and Mike in the Morning with Mike Greenberg on ESPN Radio and ESPNEWS (ESPN2 as of January 2, 2006). Both Golic and Greenberg are protagonists of a cartoon series on ESPN.com that derives from the radio show content.

Mike is the brother of Bob Golic who is also a former NFL football player. Among Bob's claims to fame include a stint as Mike Rogers, the non-tradional RA from the guilty pleasure television series "Saved By The Bell: The College Years."

He loves to constantly berate his co-host, Mike Greenberg, continually refering to him as a girl and making fun of his status as a metrosexual icon.
