Nikos Tselios

Nikos Tselios (born January 20 1979, Oak Park, Illinois, USA) is a American professional ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the first round of the 1997 NHL Entry Draft as the 22nd pick overall by the Carolina Hurricanes. He is Chris Chelios's cousin.

In October 2005 Tselios signed with KalPa of the Finnish SM-liiga and played with them until January 31 2006, when he moved to Swedish Färjestads BK. He scored his first goal at Färjestad on March 25 in the semifinal of the Swedish Championship against HV 71. Tselios currently represents the Chicago Hounds of the UHL, and resides in Wheaton, Illinois with his brothers, Christ and Steve.

Nikos enjoys playing with his dogs, Athena and Zues, spending time with his closest buddies, Sean Meehan, Joe Renzi, Aaron Jacobs, Jesse Ratzloff and others, and enjoys working out.
