Ken McKenzie (August 19, 1923 – April 9, 2003) was a journalist, and the co-founder (with Will Côté) and longtime president and founding publisher of The Hockey News magazine.[1][2] McKenzie was honoured in 1997 as a recipient of the Elmer Ferguson Memorial Award.[3] McKenzie is also an “Honoured Member” of the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame. He died of colon cancer in 2003.[4]
McKenzie was honored by three different ice hockey leagues, each with trophies bearing his name.

- Ken McKenzie Trophy (IHL) – International Hockey League (1945-2001)
