Profile

I have made over 20,000 edits, and I have written more than 90+ articles featured on DYK. On the list of Wikipedians by number of edits on 23 May, 2008, I was #718 with 22,318 edits. On the list of users by pages created from November 5 2007, I was #698 with 322 articles.

My interests in Wikipedia are ..., including Calgary, Omaha, Taos, Floral Park, and Olympia at present. My academic background is in youth studies, focusing on youth development and education reform, and my professional work has been concentrated on student engagement and youth voice for several years.

Recently I founded a wikiproject focused on Omaha to pull together the many editors whom I've collaborated with to write about that city. I write extensively about the history of Omaha, including important people, places and events, as well as general information articles about the city. I am also involved in many articles about organizations, biographies, and topics related to Nebraska in general.

When Culture in Omaha, Nebraska was listed for deletion, it had zero cited references. Thanks to your tireless efforts, it now has 41, so I closed the discussion early. Keep up the good work, and consider informing the Wikipedia community of your wonderful discoveries via the Did you know? feature on the Main Page. Best regards. YechielMan 07:27, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
