Átila Iório
Átila Iório (born April 1, 1921 in Rio de Janeiro , † December 10, 2002 there ) was a Brazilian actor .
Iório was one of the most important character actors in Brazilian film and television, especially Cinema Novo . He became internationally known for the role of Miguel in the telenovela Die Sklavin Isaura . Other important films were the British / Portuguese co-production Der Smaragdwald (1985), the Brazilian film O Mistério de Robin Hood (1990) and, in particular, the literary film adaptation Vidas Secas - After Eden it is far , based on a novel by Bayerischer Rundfunk in 1963 Graciliano Ramos , which is about the life of a Brazilian farm worker family.
