Outer Uferstrasse 49 (Augsburg)
The Villa Äußere Uferstrasse 49 in the Augsburg district of Oberhausen was built around 1880. The former director's villa of the iron company Zeuna is a protected architectural monument .
description
The two-storey red brick building with a hipped roof was built according to plans by the Augsburg architect Sebastian Müllegger . It has a middle and corner risalit and a plaster structure in late classicist forms. The building in a park with a veranda to the south stands over a high base. The villa with five to three window axes is accessed through an entrance on the narrow side facing the courtyard. A wide staircase with stone balusters leads to the arched portal .
The building is used for gastronomy. (As of 2014)
