The Çağlayan Deresi is a tributary of the Black Sea in northeastern Turkey .

The Çağlayan Deresi has its source in the Eastern Pontic Mountains . The river initially flows to the northwest and later to the west-northwest through the eastern mountains of the Fındıklı district of the Rize province . The river passes through the town of Çağlayan . The Çağlayan Deresi finally flows into the Black Sea on the northern edge of the coastal town of Fındıklı. The Çağlayan Deresi has a length of 34.7 km.

The Çağlayan Deresi is one of the most important spawning grounds for Black Sea trout in Turkey.
