Édouard Flament
Édouard Flament (born August 27, 1880 in Douai , † December 27, 1958 in Bois-Colombes ) was a French composer.
Flament studied at the Paris Conservatory and won the Prix de Rome in 1908 . He worked as conductor of the orchestra of Radio Paris and as bassoonist of the Orchester des Concerts Lamroureux and the Société des instruments à vents . In addition to several symphonies, piano concertos and other orchestral works, Flament u. a. Sonatas for violin and viola as well as pieces for the bassoon. Several film scores were made in the 1930s.
