Élodie Gossuin (born December 15, 1980 in Reims ) is a French model .

biography

Gossuin attended nursing school. In her youth, she won several beauty pageants. In 2000 she was selected for Miss Picardy, followed by her participation in the Miss France contest, in which she took first place.

In her year as Miss France, she toured all of France . In the Miss Universe competition in 2001, she climbed into the top 10. In the Miss Europe 2001 she also won first place.

Then she started working as a model. In 2004 she took part in the French version of The Farm program. The book she had written, “Mes rêves, mes passions, mes espoirs” was also published this year.

In 2005 she was on the TV show "Miss Swan" on Channel TF6 . She also took part in the French version of the TV show Fort Boyard several times .

In 2011 she hosted the Miss Nationale beauty pageant.

In 2017 she took part in the eighth season of the French dance show Danse avec les stars .
