Émile Gontier
Émile Gontier ( Émile Eugène Gontier; born November 13, 1877 in Argenteuil , † 1947 ) was a French pole vaulter , discus thrower and shot putter .
At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1900, he was fourth in the pole vault and twelfth in the discus throw .
He was French champion in pole vault three times (1898, 1900, 1901), twice in discus throw (1898, 1900) and once in the shot put (1897).
