Étienne Baudet

Étienne Baudet (born August 3, 1638 in Vineuil (Loir-et-Cher) , † July 8, 1711 in Paris ) was a French engraver . Baudet was a student of Sébastien Bourdon and Cornelis Bloemaert II . He lived in Rome and Paris and was a member of the Académie royale de peinture et de sculpture .

The copper plate “Paysage avec Diogène (after Nicolas Poussin )” (1701) was exhibited at documenta 14 .
