Øivind Maurseth (born January 31, 1928 ) is a Norwegian architect.

Maurseth's best-known work is the Bryggen Museum in Bergen , which opened in 1976 and was awarded the Betongtavlen in 1980 . He also built the nearby SAS Hotel, revising his original plans after 1975 to adapt it to the gabled houses of the old Hanseatic harbor. In 1983, Maurseth was awarded by Europa Nostra for the reconstruction of the old harbor houses in Bergen, which were destroyed in the fire disaster of 1955, in 1978-82. The rear part of the Finnegaarden was also corrected and adapted in 1982 under his direction.
