İsa Demir (born August 10, 1985 in Södertälje ) is a Turkish - Swedish football player.
Career
İsa Demir belongs to one of the numerous Aramaic communities in Sweden . He also played almost exclusively for clubs like Syrianska FC in this community, which in Sweden even has representatives in the top leagues.
Since his ancestors immigrated from Turkey and have Turkish citizenship and there is a very limited number of foreigners in the upper Turkish professional leagues, football players of Turkish origin abroad became interesting for Turkish clubs. Under these conditions, İsa Demir moved to the Turkish second division side Boluspor in the summer of 2014 and played for this club until April 2015
