İsmail YK (2016)

İsmail YK (born July 5, 1978 in Hamm ; actually İsmail Yurtseven ) is a Turkish pop musician. Together with his siblings, he appeared as Yurtseven Kardeşler (Yurtseven siblings) in childhood . The YK in his stage name indicates this.

Career

His first solo album Şappur Şuppur he released in May 2004; More than a million copies have been sold worldwide. His second album Bomba Bomba was released in May 2006, the third album Bas gaza followed in 2008. All of his albums were released by Avrupa Müzik, who have also been publishing the Yurtseven Kardeşler since 2005 . All three albums and various single releases reached chart positions in Turkey.

İsmail YK made a guest appearance in the 2006 series Selena and played in the 2007 series Korkusuzlar.

His title Git Hadi Git , which was parodied as a biscuit, old biscuit , in a video by net artist Coldmirror that was distributed millions of times on Youtube , achieved particular popularity in Germany in 2012 . His most successful hit is the song 80 80 160 , which has over 82 million views on Youtube . In this video clip , as in Kiyamet Kopar and Kibarim , actress Seda Cetintas plays the main female role.
