'Olo'ua is an inhabited island in the Tongan archipelago of Vava'u .
geography
'Olo'ua is located south of the main island of Vava'u between the islands of Okoa and Mafana . To the west lies the Makave headland . The small settlement is located on the north side of the island.
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Vavaʻu group, 'Olo'ua is occasionally hit by cyclones .
