ʻUmuna is an uninhabited island in the Tongan archipelago of Vavaʻu .
geography
The island is located southeast of the main island Vava'u and together with Faioa , Kenutu and Lolo forms the northern part of the outer reef rim . Umuna is a little over a kilometer long and almost directly connected to Kenutu in the south.
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Vavaʻu group, ʻUmuna is occasionally hit by cyclones .
