Ṭe (Sindhi letter)

Ṭe ( Sindhi :ٽي ṭē ;ٽ) is the seventh letter of the Sindhi extended Arabic alphabet . Ṭe consists of a Ta (ت) with an additional diacritical point below the two points of the Ta.

In the Arabic script of Sindhi TE stands for the voiceless retroflex plosive [⁠ ʈ ⁠] . The equivalent to Ṭe in the Sindhi Devanagari is the sign , in Latin transcriptions Ṭe is mostly represented with , but also with or ṭr . In an older form of the Sindhi alphabet were the functions of the signsٽ and ٺ exactly reversed.
