1st division (chess) 2003/04

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2003/04 season was the 42nd season of the 1st Division. At the same time, this was the last season in which the 1st division was the top division of the Danish team championship in chess , since the Skakligaen has been the top division since the 2004/05 season .

The defending champion Helsinge Skakklub won all competitions and was superior Danish champion. The Skakforeningen Føroyar and the Nørresundby Skakklub had risen from the 2nd division . While Føroyar achieved relegation, Nørresundby had to relegate together with the Århus Skakklub directly. For the reported team squad see team squad of the 1st division (chess) 2003/04 .
