The 10TACLE Studios AG was from 2003 to 2008 active companies for the development and production of computer games . The Darmstadt-based company temporarily employed almost 300 people and operated seven development studios in Duisburg , Bratislava , Budapest , Charleroi , Hanover , London and Singapore .

As of June 22, 2006, the company was listed in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The share had the ISIN DE000TACL107. In December 2007 10tacle announced that it would take over the publisher "The Games Company". After financial difficulties in early 2008, the company withdrew from the integration. Measures that had already been started had been reversed, the capital increase had not yet been carried out.

With the issue of convertible bonds to its shareholders and a simultaneous capital increase, the liquidity bottlenecks existing at this point in time should be eliminated. Since investors did not meet their payment obligations resulting from this, due to insolvency , insolvency proceedings were applied for on August 6, 2008 , business activities were "largely suspended" and the telephone lines were switched off. The preliminary insolvency administrator spoke of "management errors, especially in project and product management, but also in relation to investors". Game projects could not have been completed on schedule and on budget.

The company became known as the publisher of the GTR racing game series developed by SimBin . Other games published are "War Front - Turning Point", Neocron 2 , "Michael Schumacher World Tour Kart" and "Oktoberfest Wiesn-Gaudi", as well as the adventure game Jack Keane, developed by Deck13 , which was published in August 2007 .
