111 Murray Street (also known as 111 Tribeca ) is a skyscraper under construction in New York City . The first plans were presented to the public in 2013. Official construction of the high-rise began in autumn 2015.

111 Murray Street is located in Lower Manhattan in the Tribeca district , in the immediate vicinity of the new World Trade Center . According to current plans, the tower should be 241 meters high and have 62 floors. Together with the 250 meter high 56 Leonard Street, the skyscraper is one of the tallest buildings in Tribeca.

It is planned to build a total of 157 residential units, the last three floors of which will contain penthouse apartments. The project is being developed by the Fisher Brothers and The Witkoff Group. Completion before 2018 is not expected.
