A residential and commercial building is located at 2-4 Charlotte Place in the Scottish city ​​of Perth in the Council Area Perth and Kinross . The Charlotte Street ( A85 along with the site A989 out) in the northeast of Perth's town center was opened in the year 1783rd However, the residential and commercial building was not built until 1830. It is located near Perth Bridge to the east and the building complex 2–8 Atholl Crescent to the west. The four-story corner house is designed in the classical Greek Revival . On the ground floor, the four-axis-wide facade along the North Port is executed with Doric columns. They carry a continuous balcony, which is also continued on the edge of the building via the rounded protruding components. Flat shop windows have been installed along Charlotte Street. Simple cornices structure the façades horizontally. It ends with a cornice . The roof is covered with slate.
