3rd Wish (dt. Third request ) is an American boy band who in Germany had their first successes. The band consists of Alex Acosta, Ricky Gonzales and Justin Martin.
Career
In 2003 the producer Tony Harrison (formerly Captain Hollywood ) brought 3rd Wish to Germany to give them a breakthrough. Successes have been achieved in Germany , Benelux , France , Austria and England and to date (September 2005) over 1.5 million records have been sold. They had their greatest success with a cover version of the summer hit Obsesión (together with Baby Bash ) and with the titles I Am and Niña (both together with Pat Moe).
The group has been separated since 2006 and Enrique Gonzales tours as a solo artist through England and Germany under the name Rick Gz. Rick Gz writes songs for various artists and has lived in Mallorca since 2009 . Justin Martin was pre-act on US5's "In Control" 2007 tour . He released the two singles Anyway and Mom's Song . Justin Martin and Enrique Gonzales have held all rights to the group since 2009.
