The 4560 is a so-called Graffiti Hall of Fame in Saarbrücken . The city allows graffiti to be sprayed on this graffiti wall and in this way wants to promote the creativity of youth culture. The wall extends over 450 meters and has an area of 1,800 square meters.

This area has been used as the legal Hall of Fame since 2002. In addition to this wall, some bridges in Saarbrücken also serve as legal graffiti surfaces. The Saargebeat Association campaigned for the legalization of the 4560 . The area was inaugurated at a meeting from August 15 to 18, 2002. Further meetings took place in 2005, 2012 and 2017, including graffiti meetings. This is where international and national graffiti artists met.

The 2005 meeting celebrated the indefinite extension of the legalization of the area, which was achieved in the same year.

The 2017 meeting, which was held for the 15th anniversary, was entitled Graffiti Jam . It took place from August 25th to 27th. In addition, a graffiti workshop was held here by labelm and a musical framework program was offered. At the same time, an exhibition with screen prints by participating graffiti artists was opened in the Garelly house.
