The e-sports - Clan 4Kings (short 4K ) was founded in 1997 and was one of the oldest professional clans. For many years, 4Kings was considered to be the UK's showpiece. It was operated by 4K UK Ltd and Toby Aldridge was the manager.

4K is best known for its Warcraft III team, which has won the ESL WC3L Series four times . At the end of 2007 the section, in which players like Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen and Yoan "ToD" Merlo were under contract, was dissolved due to financial problems.

After 4Kings had been sponsored by processor manufacturer Intel for six years, a new main sponsor, Packard Bell , was presented in 2008 . Since then, the clan's focus has been even more on Britain. July 2008, the signing of a Finnish Counter-Strike team marked the beginning of the return to the global market. Later, a successful Dutch Counter-Strike: Source team also moved to 4Kings.

The further development was marked by repeated setbacks, Packard Bell jumped out as a donor. More and more teams disintegrated or left the clan. The management was then completely changed at the end of 2009, after which the Swede Andreas "Fisk" Johansson was responsible for the former traditional clan. He was planning a completely new beginning and would like to build on earlier successes.

The website four-kings.com has not been operated since the end of 2013. The clan has not shown any activity since then.
