64th Infantry Division (Wehrmacht)

The 64th Infantry Division was a German infantry division during World War II . The division was set up on June 26, 1944 at the Wahn military training area and then moved to Calais in France on August 13, 1944 . At the end of October 1944, the division in the German bridgehead south of the Scheldt in the Belgian - Dutch border area in the area around Terneuzen was wiped out.
