Aëtios (philosopher)
Aëtios ( Greek Ἀέτιος Aétios ) was a 1st century doxographer . He wrote an extensive work on the theorems of natural science ( ξυναγωγὴ περὶ τῶν ἀρεσκόντων ). An excerpt from the work has come down to us under the name of Plutarch , and more can be found in Stobaios and Theodoret .
