Aïn El Assel ( Arabic عين العسل) is an Algerian municipality in the province of El Tarf with 12,482 inhabitants (as of 1998).

geography

Ain El Assel is located about five kilometers west of the Tunisian border . To the north of the municipality is the Lac Oubeira lake . Aïn El Assel is surrounded by Raml Souk in the east, Bougous in the south and El Taref in the southwest.
