The A81 road ( English for road A81 ) is a 56.3 km long, not designated as a primary route road in Scotland, which connects Glasgow with Callander .

The A81 leaves Glasgow in a north-northeast direction and runs through Bearsden to Milngavie . Further on it leads to Strathblane and west of Killearn . It crosses the A811 road , bends south of Aberfoyle from the north-south direction and is led to the east via Port of Menteith . Then it separates from the A873 road, which has continued in the previous direction, and turns to the northeast. In Callander it ends on the A84 road .
