ADNOC Headquarters is the name of a skyscraper in the capital Abu Dhabi , the UAE . The construction work, which started in 2009, was completed in 2015. All of the 74 floors are to be used for offices. With a height of 342 meters, the tower is the second tallest building in the city, after the 381 meter high Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid . The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company commissioned the construction of the high-rise, which will serve as the new headquarters of the group.
