The AFC Solidarity Cup 2020 will be the second edition of the tournament and is expected to take place from November 30th to December 13th, 2020. The competition is the successor to the AFC Challenge Cup , which was last held in the Maldives in May 2014 .

The six teams that were eliminated in the first round of the 2022 World Cup qualification and the three losers in the second play-off round of the 2023 AM qualification are eligible to participate . The defending champion is Nepal .
