Business model

All information offers from Ariva are brought together in the “Financial Information Solutions” division: the finance portal, trading in rates, key figures and securities master data as well as web services.

The company has been operating a bank-independent finance portal in Germany for 20 years. Around half a million users recently visited the portal each month. In total, Ariva.de records around 40 million page views per month (as of November 2018).

The portal's three thematically structured discussion forums, in which users can discuss current trends, have contributed to the popularity of the portal. In the summer of 2015, the portal reported the 20 millionth user contribution. Since the stock exchange forums started in 1998, an average of 3600 postings have been made by users every day.

In addition, around 80 experts from the financial sector illuminate various aspects of stock market trading and financial investments in regular columns and video contributions on the portal.

At the same time, the company offers master data and key figures for structured products as well as price packages for international stock exchanges. Analysis tools are offered as a web service for direct use of the data, with which investors can better assess securities. In addition, complete portals or customer websites are developed and operated for third parties.

The “Regulatory Solutions” business unit bundles the offerings in the area of regulation. In the past few years, the company has developed extensive software solutions in this segment around topics such as PIB , PRIIP and the financial market guidelines.
