A Kind of Magic is a French animated series that has been in production since 2008.

In the fairy land, weddings between fairies and trolls are strictly forbidden. That's why the couple Fee Willow and the troll Gregor have to leave their homeland and flee into the human world together with their children Tom and Cindy. Here, however, they often cause problems because they still have to deal with the behavior of people.

Production and publication

The series was produced in 2007 by Xilam Animation and Central Independent Television under the direction of Marc du Pontavice and directed by Charles Vaucelle. The music is by Hervé Lavandier. A second season has been produced since 2017, but has not yet been translated into German.

The series was first aired on February 5, 2008 on France 3 . The German premiere took place on November 24, 2008 on the Disney Channel and on free TV on October 12, 2009 on Super RTL . Other repetitions were also made on Toon Disney and toggo plus .
