The single A Love Bizarre was released in October 1985 and became another worldwide hit after The Glamorous Life released in spring 1984 . The text is about a friendship between a man and a woman in which people around them think they are in a love affair. Prince took over the backing vocals.

Michael Schultz directed the music video . The clip shows some scenes from the film Krush Groove as well as the interpreter and band on stage. Prince also appears in the video.
