Abat Schynybekow

Abat Abajuly Schynybekow ( Kazakh Абат Абайұлы Шыныбеков , Russian Абат Абаевич Шыныбеков Abat Abajewitsch Schynybekow ; born February 19, 1973 ) is a Kazakh politician . He has been the mayor of Oral since August 2019 .

Life

Abat Schynybekow was born in 1973. He graduated from the Agricultural Institute of Western Kazakhstan in 1995 . Three years later he graduated from the Eurasia Institute for Management and Languages.

After his graduation, he began his career as a mechanical engineer of a farm in the district Qaratöbe in western Kazakhstan . Between 1995 and 2000 he worked in various positions in the administration of the Qaratöbe district. From 2003 to 2006 he held the post of deputy Äkim of the Qastal district . From 2006 to 2007 he was the director of a branch of a department of the Ministry of Education and Science in Western Kazakhstan. From 2007 Schynybekow worked for the administration of the city of Oral , first for a short time as a department head, later as an advisor to the mayor. Between 2008 and 2012 he was deputy chairman of the Nur Otan party's regional branch in Western Kazakhstan. He was then secretary of the Oral town council before being appointed Äkim of Syrym district in 2013 . On June 30, 2017, he was appointed Äkim of the Qastal district. He held this office until August 2019.

He has been the mayor of the city of Oral since August 12, 2019.
