Abdallah Mohamed Kamil

Abdallah Mohamed Kamil (* 1936 in Obock ) is a Djiboutian politician. He held the post of Prime Minister from February 5, 1978 to October 2, 1978 .

Before Djibouti's independence in 1977, he was Vice President and from July 29, 1976 to May 18, 1977 President of the Government Council. He was Foreign Minister and successor to Ahmed Dini Ahmed after Ahmed Dini Ahmed resigned as Prime Minister. He retained the post of foreign minister and also became the country's defense minister . The then President Hassan Gouled Aptidon dismissed his government on September 21, 1978 and appointed Barkat Gourad Hamadou as Kamil's successor.
