Abdelkader Belmokhtar (born March 5, 1987 in Boufarik ) is an Algerian cyclist .

Abdelkader Belmokhtar started in the U23 class of the 2006 road cycling world championships in Salzburg and finished 49th in the time trial and 114th in the road race. The following year in Stuttgart he was 55th in the time trial and 73rd in the road race. A little later he won two stages in the Tour des Aéroports and finished second in the overall standings. At the Pan-Arab Games in Egypt in November 2007 , Belmokhtar won the silver medal in the individual time trial when he covered 30 kilometers in 43 minutes 53 seconds.
