Abdul Hussein Taslimi

Abdul Hussein Taslimi ( Persian عبدالحسین تسلیمی; Born November 16, 1921 in Qazvin ) is a martyr of the Baha'i community .

Taslimi was related to Manuchehr Taslimi . He studied engineering in Tehran , where he worked for the city administration and as a teacher. As an official of the National Spiritual Council of Iran, he was abducted in 1980 as part of the persecution of the Baha'i after the Islamic revolution and has been considered missing ever since.

The "Taslimi Scholarships" of the foundation of the same name for the promotion of Baha''ity based in Santa Monica (United States) are named after him.
