Building Abelstrasse 10 in Ludwigsburg

The building at Abelstrasse 10 in Ludwigsburg , a town in northern Baden-Württemberg , was built in 1910. The residential and commercial building is a protected cultural monument .

The two-storey mansard - roofed house in the corner to Schützenstrasse was built for a master baker according to plans by Karl Hammer. The facade is structured in neo-baroque forms. The corner store on the ground floor has side arched windows. Above that there is a corner bay with three windows on each floor.

The building type is an example of the bourgeois suburban development up to the First World War .
