criticism
The Laut.de e-zine rated wastewater with five out of a possible five points. From the editor's point of view, Julia Kindel uses the “ classic rap tools ” by “ dissecting, sampling and criticizing society and itself ” . "The rappers stylize themselves either as" the boss rappers or as embarrassing failures ", which is contradictory and" in view of their ability, fan base and popularity at some point no longer authentic ". "
In a review on the website Noisiv.de, the album was largely received positively. Daniel Fersch from MZEE.com describes the mixtape in his review as a successful continuation of "Aversion", which fits in with the older works in terms of sound and content.
