The Acantilado Damero is a rocky cliff at the John Paul II Peninsula of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . At the northern end of Cape Shirreff it rises east-northeast of Playa Angosta .
Scientists of the 46th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1991–1992) named the cliff after the common name in Chile for the Cape petrel ( Daption capense ), whose only breeding colony can be found here on Livingston Island.
