The Playa Angosta (Spanish for Narrow beach is) a saumartiger stretch of beach in the north of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the west side of Cape Shirreff on the northern foothills of the John Paul II Peninsula, it is located immediately northwest of Playa Escondida .
Scientists of the 45th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1990–1991) gave it its descriptive name.
