Achim Black

Achim Schwarze (* 1958 ) is a contemporary German writer.

Live and act

Schwarze published his first book, a horticultural guide, at the age of 19. Since then he has written over 30 books, mostly in the field of humor and satire , but also several advisory books. Schwarze achieved his breakthrough as an author through humorous character analyzes, such as in his successful books Dünnbrettbohrer in Bonn and Das Standesgemäße Extra für Mercedes -fahrer . His books and guidebooks, which were mainly published by Eichborn-Verlag , have now reached a total circulation of over 640,000 copies.

He also wrote satirical columns , for example for the magazines Playboy and Prinz . Black gained a certain prominence in the media when he reported on his experiences as a ghostwriter for aspiring academics .

In addition, Schwarze also works as an artist, management consultant and real estate agent.

He lives and works alternately in Berlin (in summer) and a cinnamon - plantation in Sri Lanka (in the winter months).

In 2017 he then moved entirely to Sri Lanka
