Adalbert I of Winterthur

Adalbert I of Winterthur (* around 960; † September 8, 1030 ) was Count of Winterthur . He was the son of Liutfried II von Winterthur and came from the noble family of Udalrichingen . His brother was Werner von Kyburg .

His younger son Liutfred (* around 980) became master of Bürgeln . It is believed that Werner I. von Winterthur (* around 1000; † 1040) was his son. Werner I. was Gaugraf in Hessengau from 1024 and inherited Adalbert in 1030 as Count of Winterthur.
